Groundbreakingly tiny Bluetooth earphones

Etymotic has just unveiled its Ety8s, which are nothing less than the world’s first pair of Bluetooth-toting in-ear headphones.

Ever wish you could snip the wires off those in-ear headphones? Well now you can, thanks to these dinky Bluetooth earbuds. They make other wireless headsets look positively Neanderthal, snuggling right into your lugholes to kill background noise and deliver your tunes in crisp, clear stereo.

They’ll gleefully pair up with any Bluetooth music mobile, and the built-in battery should give you a generous 7-10 hours of listening time per charge. It’s a shame that the mini control dongle, which lets you wirelessly skip tracks and tweak the volume on an iPod, won’t work with phones, but the fact that these are the only in-ear Bluetooth headphones around is reason enough to want a pair stat.
