Yes , using ordinary SD cards u may go upto 4GB or maybe a bit higher.But with SDHC cards upto 16 GB(2 x 8GB cards) has been heard of.

But overall that should’nt be a deciding factor as with a minor hack u cud use ur device a usb host and connect any external usb stick u have..

My verdict too is that n810 is worth the buck
