We’ve had it on rather good authority that there’s a brand new N93 coming, and it’s going to be a kick-ass slider jobbie. Remember the patent application doing the rounds last week? Well turns out it’s for the N93 replacement.

Details are scant and other than it sharing some similar form elements with the outbound N93i, the all-new snappy slider is going to be a ground-up rethink. No doubt we’ll be treated to top quality DVD-quality video and with the current splat of 8GB flash storage in the N95 and N81, there’s sure to be a store-what-you-shoot version of the N93 too. Does that also mean some sleek black styling too?

Elsewhere we’ve seen the N82 trot out with a bit of Xenon flash action, surely this could be plucked form the spares bin and tacked onto the new N93 as well. Be a nice touch if it did. No word on a release date yet.
