Our knees are going to be NokNokking come tomorrow… with excitement and beak-shrivelling cold. See, in less than 24 hours Nokia is catapulting us across the North Sea to Lapland for a sweet sniff of some new N-Gage action. To be frank, I’m clueless as to what the special occasion is, but I’ve been measured up for a snow suit and that’s all that matters!
First Access on the N81 has been going spiffingly, so could this frosty jaunt be our first play of the complete N-Gage experience across multiple handsets? Perhaps. The words “extreme N-Gage” were also muttered over the phone with one of Nokia’s snow elves (in the same conversation about my snowsuit tailoring). Intriguing. Gut instinct tells me there won’t be any new handsets on show - we’ve still not recovered from the N96 announcement (check out our world exclusive N96 video btw) - but new N-Gage features and games seem definitely on the cards.
Whatever happens, we’ll be reporting from the snowy climes of Lapland, camcorder and camera in hands, to bring you the ice cold scoop (enter yellow snow gag here).
