Nokia has thrown down the handheld gaming gauntlet. It’s launched the Mobile Games Innovation Challenge, and is offering huge cash prizes and a contract to develop your own N-Gage game.
Even better is you don’t need to be a code monkey to enter, because it’s all about simply coming up with the best concept and details of how the game will play.
Nokia plans to turn the mobile gaming world on its head by launching the first ever global contest of this kind, discovering new talent and ideas from legions of mobile gamers like us.
As an incentive, the three most innovative game concepts will bag big cash prizes for their creators and the overall winner will be offered a Nokia Publishing contract to see their game through to production.
