If you’re constantly roaming from one wireless network to another, Psiloc Connect can make switching seamless.
Instead of having to specify a preference in each individual app that wants to hop onto the internet or being nagged to choose each time, Connect provides a central place to manage your wireless settings.
Just set each app that wants net access to connect through the Connect virtual access point and then it will choose the best option. If there’s no WiFi available, then it will switch down to 3G or GPRS too for you. Or if you’re charged for every bit you pull down, then you can set it to only use WiFi.
Psiloc Connect is available now and although it’s not cheap at €10/$16, it looks like a handy way to manage wireless connections.
