More Beta Labs goodness: Nokia Music PC app

Another day, another new toy to play with from the tech heads in Beta Labs. This time they’re spoiling us with a music syncing app.

While there are other apps out there to get your tracks onto your Nok, this one is designed with the mobile phone user in mind. The number crunchers over at Nokia found that phone users want to update the music on their device more frequently and so they put together some cheeky software to help.

They’ve also tried to remove some of the hoops you have to jump through to get music onto your Nok. Got a new CD? Just put it in and drag the tracks straight to your phone without any messing around.

The new app will play nicely with other standards based devices, so it will work with any MTP player, not just Nok’s own handsets.

There’s also a spot for Music Store in there, so you’ll soon be able to shop ‘til you drop right inside the app, although not all the features work just yet - but hey, that’s why it’s called Beta Labs, right?

To grab a copy and get playing, head on over to Beta Labs.
