Whether you’re venturing to Venezuela, planning a jaunt in Jordan or simply stumbling your way round Swaziland your trust Nok can now be your guide.

Hot on the heals of Maps 2.0, Nokia has updated its maps server with fresh info on the areas covered, plus an additional nine new countries that weren’t previously included.

The new places added are Venezuela, Jordan, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and Swaziland so no matter how far you travel you can be sure you’ll be able to find your way back.

The folks at Symbian Freak have also found a way to get new maps onto your Nok without having to use the Map Loader application - useful if you’re on a Mac or using someone else’s PC without the app installed. Just point your browser at nokiamaps.moo.no and download directly.
