Nokia is offering you the chance to be one of the first people to get their hands on the eagerly awaited N96 - 96 numbered special editions are up for grabs. The catch? You need to donate €759 to charity and you can only do it at certain times - the first coincidentally being today, when another much anticipated handset goes on sale.
You’ll also have to wait until the N96 is actually shipping in your country before you actually get hold of the handset, but you’re still guaranteed to be first at the top of the queue. In addition to a special box, Nokia will also throw in an 8GB MicroSD card, bring the total storage capacity of the phone to 24GB.
The money raised will go to the WWF to help save endangered red pandas in Nepal. You can also donate a smaller amount if you wish, but you won’t get an N96 in return. Finally, there’s a competition draw, so you could try your luck at that to get hold of an N96.
You’ll find everything you need over at www.facethetask.com.
