Yes, we know that iPlayer is going to be available for the N96 - and we're very excited about it too. But not as excited as we are about the fact that you can already access iPlayer on your N95 - you just need to know where to look.

Thanks to a tasty tip off from Phil Lewis over at Linuxcentre, it seems that the BBC is already putting out shows in Nok friendly format so you can tap into them now.

Now, just be warned that it's by no means a consumer friendly process at the moment, as you need to delve deep into the iPlayer files to find the stream, but once you've got it you can watch it back without a problem on your trusty N95. The quality isn't as good as the iPhone version as it's only 320x176 res, not 483x272 but you know what they say about beggars and choosers.
