We're in Helsinki for the second annual The Way We Live Next event and already we've been teased about what we'll see when the event opens in, oh, a little over eight hours from now. Remember Shaker Racer? The little app that used a combination of the N95's accelerometer and Bluetooth to tell an RC car what way to go.
Word has it from on high that we'll get to see it for real when the demo rooms open tomorrow afternoon. Credit where it's due, it's a snappy little app and bloody clever at what it does. I'm kinda excited about seeing it in the flesh. Before we do though, we'll be treated to words of wisdom from, amongst others, Bob Iannucci the chief technology officer at Nokia who'll no doubt wow us with a brace of interesting facts. I can't wait. Meanwhile, as a little reminder (and a nudge to where you heard it first...) here's the Shaker Racer video.
If that wasn't enough, here's what happened last year. Nokia The Way We Live Next 2007
