So there's definitely a fair bit of activity happening around Nokia's much awaited 5800 Tube touchscreen phone. Not only has the release date apparently been bumped forward ever so slightly to 2 October, but now some new snaps have come to light.

Of course, there have been plenty of pics before, but these appear to show the final version - and if that's the case then Nokia can't be that far off a proper launch, surely?

Unfortunately there's no that much more info accompanying the picture - but then there's probably not that much left to be revealed about it anyway. It certainly looks a lot more stylish (and red) than the previous leaks. Now we just need to keep hoping that 2 October launch date holds up.
