Zeemote has been touting its JS1 Bluetooth gaming remote for sometime now, so long in fact that we thought it might have been some sort of elaborate April fools hoax.

After such a long wait, however, it seems it is actually real and will be coming soon - in Germany at least where it'll be bundled with a special edition N85 on Vodafone.

The lucky reviewers over at Symbian60.mobi however have managed to get their gaming paws on a unit to put it through its paces.

The review is largely positive, although apparently the controller won't be available as a standalone unit and only as part of a bundle, which obviously limits its appeal to those that are already in the market for a new phone. For a quick video of it in action, hit play below:
