Nokia Indoor PositioningSatanv helps get you from A to B, but once you go indoors it's currently a no go area as far as GPS goes.

Nokia unveiled that it was working in an positioning system that works indoors back in September at the Way We Live Next conference. It's now ready to show of a demo of it all in action.

The system uses a combination of radio masts, Wi-Fi and traditional GPS to pinpoint where you are inside a building. Dedicated transmitters inside then allow you to see exactly where you are as move about.

In addition to helping you find your way around huge shopping centres and airports, the system can also integrate with your social networks - so you can see at a glance where your friends are if you fancy an impromptu meet up. To see it all in action - hit the play button below.
