Nokia N79 Eco to save planet

Fancy grabbing a Nokia N79 at a bargain price and doing something to save the planet to? Nokia has come up with a great way of mixing a new phone with a little ecology on the side. If this sounds like you, then get yourself over to the Nokia Store and pick yourself up a Nokia N79 Eco and start saving the planet.

How’s does this saving the planet thing work exactly? Well, the Nokia N79 Eco model doesn’t come with a charger in the box, which means less waste. It also means they can put it in a smaller box, so less of a carbon footprint to stomp around with.

The idea is that this phone is for those who already own a Nok and are quite happy re-using the charger with their new phone. We kind of like the idea, as it’s a simple way of not having too many cables lying around. What’s more, for every Eco phone sold Nokia will wing £4 to WWF, the global conservation organisation.

It's at a smackdown price of £319 (inc. VAT), so save yourself some money and save the fluffy animals too by clicking here: Nokia Store
