Nokia will be making an announcement on Wednesday (11th March) that could well herald in a new device. Rumours have it that we will finally see the the official lauch of the Nokia 5730 XpressMusic handset.
The Nokia5730 XpressMusic looks a lot like the Nokia E75 in styling but comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera and slighlty lower specs. That should be fine, as its focus is more on entertainment and music than being a high-end business smartphone.
We first made reference to the Nokia 5730 XpressMusic back in January when leaked images of the phone first circulated via Mobile Review. It seems the device may well be about to get an official outing.
Nokia has posted on the Nokia Events site that something big if happening on Wednesday that will be centred on music. This has led many sites, including Electronic Pulp to speculate about the emergence of the Nokia 5730 XpressMusic. Could this be the case?
We’d like to agree but with Nokia having so many phones already awaiting release, on one level at least, it would seem unlikely and that this is more a Comes With Music update. However, whichever way it turns out, Wednesday isn’t a long time to wait to see what the truth is.
