Is Nokia about to pull the plug on the Nokia 5800 in favour of an update already to the Nokia 5900 XpressMusic? This was the question we had to ask ourselves this morning when we first got sight of what is being called the Nokia 5900 XpressMusic.
The Nokia 5900 XpressMusic certainly has what we'd expect from an upgrade, including 5-Megapixel camera and 3.5-inch touchscreen, but what do you think, real or fake?
The Nokia 5800 is arguably going to be Nokia's best selling smartphone, and recently became the fastest selling mobile music device, so it's only natural that Nokia will already be looking to its successor.
Photos of what is being called the Nokia 5900 XpressMusic have leaked on to the internet along with details that it will come with a 3.5-inch screen, 5-Megapixel camera and even 3.5mm audio jack. Now, this all sounds fine until you discover that it came from a single source, and that being inside China, which as we know is the home to a number of recent Nokia 5800 fakes.
There is little or no more information than the photos we have here and while it certainly looks interesting, we think we'll be filing this one on the 'Downright Suspicious' file.
What do you think, is the Nokia 5900 XpressMusic real or fake?
