The latest game to get the Nokia N-Gage treatment is Spore Origins. When this first appeared on the PC a couple of years ago it was thought to be the first game of a new wave of morphing and evolution titles. While it was a success it didn't exactly spawn a series of imitators as expected.

Spore Origins was developed by EA games for the PC but it has now been ported over to the Nokia N-Gage platform, for a little evolution on the move action.
At the moment it's only available from the Showroom section of your phone, so you'll need to refresh the page to get it to show up. However, we expect it to be on the main website in the next couple of days for those who want to download it that way.
The game is sometimes know as Spore Mobile and instead of being the full-blown game, focusses in on just one aspect, the cell generation and mutation phase. The idea being that you're a single cell being trying to survive in a tide pool, coping with all the hazzards that entails. This does rather narrow the appeal of the game but with a maximum playing time of around one hour, it's great for playing on the commute home.
Spore Origins costs £6 here in the UK and takes up 3MB of space on your Nokia.
