The Noisettes have become something of a pet project for Nokia of late. First they gave a secret gig for the launch of the Nokia 5800 Comes with Music on Orange. Then we brought you news that the band would be making a video, shot solely using the Nokia 5800. Well, guess what, it's come to pass and we've shots to prove it!

Nokia fans from around the country converged on a film studio recently to take part in the first ever pop video to be shot solely on Nokia N97 and Nokia 5800 Comes With Music phones.

Following the success of The Noisettes last track, "Don't Upset The Rhythm", which reached number two in the UK, the band has partnered with Nokia for this groundbreaking idea to enable fans to film the music video at the Haggerston Pools building in Hackney, East London.

You can check out the single on The Noisettes MySpace page.

As you can see from the shots below, the fans got nice and up close to The Noisettes during the filming for 'Saturday Night', shooting the video using Nokia 5800 Comes With Music device, as well as the odd Nokia N97 sprinkled in for good measure.

Saturday Night from The Noisettes is due for release in a month or so, at which point we'll be able to see how well the video camera functions on the Nokia N97 and Nokia 5800 Comes With Music smartphones deal with being in the spotlight that is pop!
