Nokia Music is a barely a year old and following on from its recent update to Nokia Music Version 1.3, comes the news that the service now has over 500,000 regular users, making Nokia Music one of the most commonly used ways to get music from your PC to your phone and back again!
Following on from the news last week that Nokia Music had been updated to Nokia Music Version 1.3, comes details that the service has hit a milestone – 500,000 users.
Mark Wheatley, product manager for Nokia Music, recently made reference to the number when commenting on the Ovi Blog. He also confirmed Nokia's continued confidence in the service, believing it to be aimed at the mainstream user, rather than the early adopter.
In his blog post, Wheatley stated 'we strongly believe that simplicity is important. Unlike some companies, we’re not building software for early adopters – we’re trying to provide simple, effective functionality for the average Nokia user.'
It's still early days for Nokia Music, it's barely a year old at the time of writing, and with Nokia promising some major changes to the service later this year. Wheatley ends his blog post saying, 'we’re still working hard to improve the software and ultimately, your user experience.' So, it seem Nokia Music is here to stay and getting better all the time!
