The good folks at Nokia Beta Labs have announced that Ovi Suite 2.0 Beta has been updated, bringing a whole heap of improvements, features and bug fixes to the service. Read on for all the particulars...
Firstly, the Ovi Suite 2.0 update adds localizations for 29 different languages, from Arabic to Vietnamese. There's a full list of them here.
Other highlights include:
- The ability to remove music tracks without them being deleted from the file system.
- When syncing music to a device, tracks which already exist on the device will be automatically ignored, speeding up the process.
- You can now manually copy photos from a device to Ovi Suite.
- Improvement to editing and saving contacts.
Finally, lots of crash and syncing bugs have been squashed, so using Ovi Suite 2.0 Beta should become a much smoother experience. That said, it's still a beta, so the Beta Labs team would like to hear from you in their discussion forum if you do happen to encounter any issues.
To grab the update, head over to the download page. Alternatively, if you're already using Ovi Suite Beta you will be automatically informed of the update and able to download it through the software.
