The Nokia E52 and Nokia E55 look like they may well be heading to a store near you! We've not heard anything about the Nokia E52, which is an upgrade of the Nokia E51 but with better talk and standby time, since it was first announced back in May. The Nokia E52 and the Nokia E55 look like being launched at some point ithis month, ahead of the rash of potential new announcements in September as part of Nokia World 2009. How do we know this? Well, we've not had official word from Nokia but MobileFun has updated its August Release pages to include both of these handsets. We're hoping these guys have got the inside scoop with the product page claiming the phones will be in stock within the next 2-3 weeks!

Great news for anyone thinking of updating their Nokia E51 with the latest E52. While it may well share many similarities, we're expecting a longer talk-time and cracking all-round battery life from this device. With standard Nokia features like A-GPS, high-speed HSDPA and HSUPA connections, and even a 3.2-Megapixel camera, the Nokia E52 looks like its packed to travel – there is even a built-in Compass that travellers can make the most of.

The Nokia E55 is being billed as the 'smallest Nokia smartphone yet' and with an aluminium casing it'll weigh in at juts 98g. With a 2.4-inch screen (320 x 240 pixels) it can easily view documents in landscape mode, and gives you full access to Email, Calendar and Contacts. What's more, it'll have a new interface.
