The Nokia N86 8MP isn't just a smartphone, it's also Nokia's first 8-Megapixel camera phone. One of the highlights of the device is that it's perfect for use in low-light conditions, such as at night time. Which is why Nokia has teamed up with the world's most famous shutter-bug, David Bailey, to put the Nokia N86 8MP to the test. Find out more about the 'Alive At Night’ project after the watershed....
The Nokia N86 8MP is quickly becoming one of our favourite new devices. You can check out our full review of the Nokia N86 8MP, as well as how we got on with the Nokia N86 8MP camera review. However, one area of testing we're leaving to the professionals is testing out the device in true low-light conditions.
This is where David Bailey comes in to the picture...
To help celebrate the launch of the Nokia N86 8MP smartphone, Nokia and David Bailey are getting together to promote a unique showcase called 'Alive At Night’. Whether it's Burlesque dancers, street cleaners, or the other night time workers helping London the 24 hour city it is, David Bailey will be photographing the capital’s night time characters on the Nokia N86 8MP and putting together a special exhibition.
What's more, they want people to get involved by visiting the Alive At Night site and sending in a short story as to why they should be snapped by Bailey and made a part of the event.
Once the pictures have been taken, the ‘Alive At Night' images will be displayed at a special VIP exhibition launch at The Old Dairy in Bloomsbury on Wednesday, 26th August. It will be open to the public on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th August.
Check out Alive At Night and get involved with this unique opportunity to get snapped by David Bailey.
