The Krusell Classic Leather Case for the Nokia 6700 Classic isn’t the most attractive of slipcases. It essentially eschews fashion for protection and durability. It’s been made from those who need to use their Nokia 6700 Classic out in all weathers and conditions and we feel it does it remarkably well. Our review sample has been sent over by the good guys at MobileFun.
The Krusell Classic Leather Case is made from leather, as the name suggests, with a touch and clear plastic sheet covering the front of the phone. You’ll find a zipper covers the bottom two-thirds of the case, so your Nokia 6700 Classic is fully protected in this tight, sheath-like case.

There are gaps on the side and bottom, as well as for the D-pad, allowing you easy access to ports and buttons, other than that, this case has been designed to be waterproof and tough wearing. You’ll find that you can still use your phone as easily as without the case but you won’t be able to slip the phone in your pocket, the carry case is simply to bulky.
However, there is a clip attachment on the back of the case for fastening it to your trouser belt, or utility belt. The big selling point of the Krusell line is the unique Multiadapt clip on the back of the carry case. This allows you to add a variety of fixings, such as a car mounting kit to a shoulder pad clip for attaching to your rucksack.
The case comes with a belt clip, which is incredibly sturdy with a great action to the spring-loaded clip. This means it won’t come undone when you least expect it! Given that the Nokia 6700 Classic comes with A-GPS built-in, this phone is likely to be used by field workers who will appreciate the protection and versatility this case offers.
If you want to use the 5-Megapixel camera that is a big part of the Nokia 6700 Classic, you can do so, as two sturdy press studs hold the top half of the belt clip in place. This arrangement isn’t ideal if you need to take lots of snaps on a regular basis but for the odd shoot it’s more than fine.

The Krusell Classic Leather Case isn’t going to suit the average user but then it’s not intended for those who think rough is the pub on a Friday night. Field workers and those who need to use their phone in all conditions will like what the Krusell Classic Leather Case has to offer.
