It seems you can’t keep a good thing quiet, as a retailer has leaked the Nokia N97 Mini online, this time. However, it’s not the only new handset to get outed online, as its been joined by what could well be a Nokia 5800 Chrome. Join us after the jump for the full facts on the Nokia N97 Mini and Nokia 5800 Chrome…

While Nokia is preparing for Nokia World 2009 to be held in Stuttgart at the start of September, it seems rumours and leaks of what we can expect are growing.

The latest has come courtesy of The Nokia Blog who claim to have got their hands on an image of a number of unannounced Nokia devices straight from some unnamed retailer.

The image clearly shows Nokia N97 Mini in all its glory. Sure, the image is a little blurry and snatched by we can see the Nokia N97 Mini with its 2.9-inch screen and D-Pad free QWERTY keyboard. Surely, this confirms the existence of the Nokia N97 smaller sibling?

However, take another look at the photo and something else appears to be present – a Nokia 5800 with a Chrome finish. Now, could this be the much rumoured Nokia 5900, or are we about to see a new version if everyone’s favourite mainstream smartphone?

There is little more to go on at this point as no one is admitting to anything. In fact, in a bizarre twist, the unknown retailer has requested that Nokia Blog remove the image.

With just two weeks to go until Nokia World 2009, we’re unlikely to hear an official statement but which of these new devices sound more appealing? Let us know in the Comments below.

Is one of these the same as the Nokia Surge, that is coming to the States? The Surge looks like a nice entry level but well featured smartphone for people on a budget. Will Nokia announce a “super” phone, or are they going to stick with the N97 as the flagship device for the next couple of years like they did with N95?
