Using the free app you can upload contacts, meetings, messages, photos and even music tracks to the Rseven site. By logging in to the site you can manipulate the data, viewing messages on a timeline and editing contacts, etc. Rseven is currently completely free for up to 50MB of uploads per month, but there are plans for a 'premium' service with extra features for a small monthly fee.

vufone is a subscription service for remotely backing up your mobile data. Full synchronization of all your data is possible, and you can share photos and video from the vufone site via a host of social networks and online services such as Flickr and Picasa. As well as backing up the data already on your phone you can use vufone to put data directly on to your phone via the web.
Before you can download any of these apps you'll need to register your device with Ovi Store, which also entitles you to updates and message alerts from Nokia and is a great way of keeping abreast of what's going on at the Ovi Store.
