Nokia X6 - First Hands-OnThe Nokia X6 was announced last week at Nokia World 2009 and is a 3.2-inch touchscreen smartphone that is re-launching the XpressMusic line of devices. It also packs in a pretty nifty 5-Megapixel camera with dual-LED Flash built-in. Check out the Nokia X6 camera test samples after the jump...

The Nokia X6 was, rather unsurprisingly, one of the bigger success stories of many at Nokia World 2009. It's easy to see why we're all excited about this phone. It takes what we love about the Nokia 5800 and ramps it up to the max. So, we get a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen with 640 x 360-pixel resolution and a whopping 32GB of memory.

Other features include a 5-Megapixel Auto Focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual-LED flash, integrated A-GPS with Ovi Maps 3.0, Bluetooth 2.0 and USB port.

However, what concerns us here is the 5-Megapixel camera, as the guys over at Fonearena managed to spend a little time with the camera on the Nokia X6 and even managed to get a couple of Macro shots taken. We've posted a couple of images below but you'll find a lot more on the Nokia X6 camera story over on Fonearena.

With a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels these images look pretty good to us and we can't wait to get our hands on a Nokia X6 for ourselves. We'll have to wait a little longer, though, as no official launch date has been set. However, it will launch this year and will have an estimated price of around 459 Euros (£400 inc. VAT) SIM free.
