The Nokia Ovi Store is getting some special attention this week. Not only are we seeing improvements being made to the service on a daily basis, we're also seeing a slew of exclusive apps being announced. The latest is the old-time executive stress toy, Newton's Cradle, which is coming to the Nokia N97. Find out more about Newton's Cradle after the jump...

We brought you news yesterday of the first of three exclusive new apps, Facebook Birthday for the Nokia N97. Well, it seems there is another exclusive app to be launched on Nokia Ovi Store in the next couple of weeks - Newton's Cradle.

Yup, the old-time ball-swinger itself is making it's way to the Ovi Store. Big with wannabe execs in the 80's this gadget has been ported to the 3.5-inch touchscreen of the Nokia N97, complete with virtual 'clacking' sound. Swing the ball at one end and watch its momentum be carried on across to the other balls in the line. OK, it's not likely to make life any easier but it's a neat trick to show off to friends.

Now, we know this app will be launching in the next 10 days or so for the Nokia N97 and we're aware that it only works with Symbian S60 5th Edition devices. However, at this stage we're not sure if the app will run on the Nokia 5800 or Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, we suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

Newton's Cradle will be available fromNokia Ovi Store in October.
