The Nokia 6710 Navigator highlights Nokia's continued advances in sat-nav and making mapping an everyday part of your smartphone. With its dedicated sat-nav button this is as close to a dedicated GPS handset as Nokia has developed. We're waiting to get our hands on a unit but in the meantime, we've unearthed a couple of great videos showing off what the Nokia 6710 Navigator is all about...
The Nokia 6710 Navigator made its first appearance at Mobile Word Congress back in February, and show cases Nokia’s continued advances in sat-nav and navigation tools in general. The Nokia 6710 Navigator is a fairly niche, albeit important one, as along with mapping, there is a dedicated navigation button that allows you to instantly load up maps and even zoom and move around them with ease. What’s more, you’ll even get easy access to Maps on Ovi, Nokia’s own mapping service.
