La Roux is one of the most hotly tips new British electropop acts around at the moment. Comprising singer Eleanor "Elly" Jackson and synth player, co-writer and co-producer, Ben Langmaid, this duo have a very 80's synth-pop sound that sits somewhere between Heaven 17 and Duran Duran.

Singer Elly Jackson, probably as well known for your funky hair styles as much as her voice, fronts this upbeat and uplifting sythnpop number.

La Roux ‘I’m Not Your Toy’ is the fourth single to be lifted from La Roux's self-titled debut album. Less intense than earlier singles but no less catchy, even before you've heard the full song you'll somehow find it familiar and alluring at the same time.
