The Nokia N900 seems to be getting a great deal of attention of late, and rightly so. Ever since it was officially unveiled at Nokia World 2009, it just seems to have caught every Nokia Fans fancy. Now, it seems Nokia has handed out pre-production units to people who attended the Maemo Summit last week. What does that mean? Well, it means we're about to be hit with a slew of unboxing, making us even more jealous. Check out the first Nokia N900 unboxing for yourself...
The hardware on the Nokia N900 has been finalised, so you'll find the 5-Megapixel Carl Zeiss camera comes with auto-focus onboard, then there is HSPA connectivity for super-fast web browsing and email, as well as Wi-Fi for a little hotpsot action. However, it will be the 3.5-inch touchscreen and the slide-out QWERTY keyboard that people will be most impressed with.

Sadly, the software on the pre-production models isn't final, so we're not likely to see any pictures of the Nokia N900 in action. However, it does mean we get to see what it looks like fresh from the box, as well as what it will ship with.
We'll snagged a few of the images Slashgear has taken of the Nokia N900 but we'd advice you to check out their site as the unboxing is seriously heavy duty. What's more, the guys have even got a video that works checking out too.
