Nokia Good Things launched last week with something of a flourish, allowing communities to get together and vie for the chance to have Alexandra Burke appear in their town. Nokia is holding a nationwide vote in which whole communities and towns are being urged to get involved and vote. The prize being an exclusive one-off gig from the X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke in your own town.

Before you can start voting you need to sign up for Good Things and then start getting your friends and relations to do the same.

It doesn't matter how small your  town is, as th evote is being carried out using proportional representation, so whether your town has a population of 50,000 or 250,000, you'll be in with a fair chance.
