For the next Maemo device definitely the complete range of 3G operating frequencies so that it can be sold worldwide, maybe a variant with a capacitive screen, and lastly a slightly smaller device (a N900 mini so to speak) IMHO Nokia has too many devices and have spread themselves too thin, so a slow down in the number of devices being released could be a good thing if they take the opportunity to properly design and quality control both the hardware and software before release.
