Yesterday we got the word that Vodafone would be offering up the rather spiffy Nokia N900 in the near future. Well, they're not the only ones: Carphone Warehouse has just confirmed that it will also be shipping the Maemo 5-powered tablet in early 2010. Read on for more details.

Carphone Warehouse has already posted a pre-order page for the Nokia N900, with the details confirming that it'll be available for free on a 24-month, £35 per month contract. The tariff includes 900 minutes of calls, unlimited landline calls and unlimited texts.

And according to Pocket-lint, the Nokia N900 will go on sale in-store at Carphone Warehouse on 14th January.

Carphone Warehouse's Nokia N900 page describes the handset as "much more than a phone; it's a device you never want to be without. No longer will you need a separate camera, modem, memory, GPS or music player, all you will need is the Nokia N900."
