2009 in Review: Nokia Comes With Music Sure there’s now music services like Spotify and Last.fm doing the rounds at the moment and, to be fair, they’re not bad. However, none of them can say that they are completely free, have over 9 million tracks to download, and can be used in conjunction with both your phone and PC seamlessly.

Nokia’s Comes With Music was built with the user in mind, which is why it is easy to use, simple to set-up, and has some of the best downloadable music to choose from. Don’t believe us? Well, read on after the jump where we’ll take you through some videos created by the good people at Nokia Conversations to show you just how easy, useful and necessary Comes With Music actually is...

Nokia 5530 & Comes With Music

With Comes With Music you can make as many playlists as you like, and you’ll have an almost infinite number of tracks to play with. In terms of downloading, you can either get an entire album, a single track, or even a remix – although we just usually stick to getting the albums. Check out the video below to see how easy it is to organise all your tracks once you’ve got the ones you want.

The X6 & downloading music to your PC

As we said, once you have Comes With Music you can get it on both your Nokia handset and also your PC – both of which sync-up seamlessly. Whilst on your PC, in Ovi Player, you can browse for new tracks, sort out playlists, and send tracks over to your mobile phone. Creating playlists and downloading tracks is so simple in the Ovi Player – it is extremely user intuitive, well laid out, and a general pleasure to use. Check out the video below to see what we mean.

The Nokia 5130 & Comes With Music

The Nokia 5130, which as everyone knows is a dedicated music device, has MP3 style buttons built into its design to make listening, pausing, skipping and searching for tracks even easier on the device. In addition to this, making playlists is a breeze on the Nokia 5130, as is adjusting the music controls such as the equaliser, play-back modes, as well as general navigation. Check out the video below.

The X6 & Comes With Music

The X6 showcases just how intuitive Comes With Music can be. Not only does its touchscreen allow for smooth navigation through the application, but it also looks amazing on the X6’s crisp display. In addition to this, you can either view Comes With Music in portrait or landscape mode and also browse through music in terms of genre – talk about having all the bases covered!

Getting set-up with Comes With Music

The set-up process could not be easier with Comes With Music. Watch the video below and you’ll see what we mean!

The Nokia 5800 & Comes With Music

Not only is it easy to set up, but Comes With Music has a whole host of cool little apps built directly into it that really bring something special to the service. For example, there is DJ Playlist, which is like shuffle mode but you input what kind of stuff you’d like to hear and it chooses it for you. And there’s also an app that helps you decide what to listen too. All in all, Comes With Music is a must have for any music lover. Check out the video below, and you’ll have to agree with us on that one.

Be sure to check out Nokia Conversations tomorrow for the final video in their week-long series, Comes With Music: Video Week.
