Music is an important part of most people’s lives, and since the advent of the internet, it has become increasingly more accessible to everyone -- both in a legal, quasi-legal, and fully illegal way. That said, it doesn’t mean that we have to break the law to get hold of our favourite tracks - although some people still do - when services like Comes With Music are readily available to Nokia users the world over. Read on after the jump for our round up of why we love Comes With Music.
Nokia Comes With Music is available on a number of devices, including the 5310 XpressMusic, the Nokia N95 8GB, the Nokia 5800, and the just-released Nokia X6. The obvious beauty of Comes With Music is apparent from the get-go: You can download as many tracks as you like over a year-long period from your device, and if you’re anything like us, this is a hell of a lot of tracks.

Like a lot of Nokia services, Comes With Music is very simple, straight forward, and you’ll be using it like a pro from the first time you open it. The service, which is part of Nokia’s Music Store, can be accessed directly from your phone. From here, you have a choice of 6 million tracks to choose from, which is pretty damn extensive, and there’s no limit on how many of them you download - although, there’s no way you could get them all!
Additionally, you can also access the Nokia Music Store via your PC and then move the tracks over to your phone, which saves on data if you’re on a limited data package. Plus, as an added bonus, the sound quality of the downloaded tracks is second-to-none, especially when played through a decent set of headphones.
The thing that separates Comes With Music from other music offers is that there is nothing else quite like it out there, sure you can get Spotify on a lot of mobiles now, but 9 times out of 10 you have to be a premium account holder, which costs £10 per month, which clocks up £120 a year in charges, as well as requiring a full connection to the internet to use it - so, in this sense, it’s not really free. Comes With Music, however, is though, so as soon as you have the device, you can begin downloading tracks until you’ve filled it.
However, you don’t have to stop once your device is full, and this is the aspect we really loved about Comes With Music, as you can transfer the tracks across to your PC via Ovi Player, and then continue to re-fill your device with new tracks. In this sense, there is nothing that really compares to Comes With Music as a service, especially as you get to keep all the tracks you’ve downloaded, even when the year or 2 year long period has ended.
