Nokia Ovi Suite has received an update, taking the software to version 2.0.2.42 and bringing with it a largely more stable platform and a number of key maintenance updates. Nokia Ovi Suite replaced Nokia for PC at the tail end of last year, bringing with it a more centralised look and feel to syncing your Nokia smartphone with your laptop or PC. It has now received a routine update, taking it to version v2.0.2.42.

The new update weighs in at 60MB, so is a pretty quick download and install. It's being seen pretty much as a maintenance and service update so you won't notice too much difference in the look or feel of Ovi Suit

To get hold of the Ovi Suite v2.0.2.42 update you need to fire up the app and check for updates. If you're still not using Ovi Suite you can download it for free from Ovi Suite.
