'Stylo' is the first single to be launched from the upcoming Gorrilaz 'Plastic Beach' album. It first came to light last week when a Tumblr blog post by a Russian fan leaked the track online. The band quickly took things into their own hands by announcing the track on their own site through Murdoc's Twitter page saying stating "If anyone's going to leak my single it'll be me!
Gorrilaz 'Stylo' is such a return to form that apparently Parlophone president, Miles Leonard, referred to 'Stylo' as "a dark, twisted track that sounds like the 'Saturday Night Fever' soundtrack on MDMA.'
