Nokia-6303i-classic-silver-goldDespite the hype surrounding smartphones such as the Nokia N900 and the Nokia N97 Mini, not everybody wants a touchscreen device. With this in mind, Nokia has announced the Nokia 6303i Classic, a refreshed version of the Nokia 6303 Classic. With improvements to software, features and battery life, it could be the perfect phone for fans of the traditional mobile phone. To find out more, read on after the jump…

The Nokia 6303i Classic is a regular, candy bar-style handset. No QWERTY keypad, no hidden buttons, just a regular, easy to use smartphone. It’s also highly affordable – we don’t currently have UK pricing, but at 105 Euros it should come in under the £100 mark, making it a great choice for those on a budget.

Nokia has concentrated on updating the software for the Nokia 6303i Classic, with social networking at the forefront. This means you can expect to find support for Facebook, as with some of the company’s other handsets, letting you easily keep in touch with your friends.

Battery life for the Nokia 6303i Classic has also been improved, with the phone offering up to 8 hours of talktime. This all-day usability makes it the perfect device for home and corporate users alike, and it also offers an impressive three weeks when on standby.

Available in silver or gold, the Nokia 6303i Classic is set to go on sale later this year, and if you’re in the market for a simple, no nonsense handset with a great battery life, then it could well be the phone for you.
