Nokia-C5Although it’s not been announced yet by Nokia, details of the Nokia C5 have been leaked, and we’ve managed to get hold of both spec details and photographs. A traditional non-touchscreen device aimed at the mid-market, it may be the ideal handset if you’re not a fan of touchscreens. Read on to find out more…

The Nokia C5 is a compact and attractive smartphone, featuring a 2.2-inch screen. This helps to keep the dimensions small, and the design is boosted by a chrome bezel that runs around the edges of the handset, as with the Nokia N97 Mini. Large buttons will prove a particular draw for many users, offering a rapid and easy typing experience.

There’s a mixed array of features in place on the Nokia C5, including a speedy HSDPA/HSUPA web connection and GPS/A-GPS, letting you get turn-by-turn navigation from the latest version of Ovi Maps. Other features include a microSD card reader, 3.2-Megapixel camera and an FM radio. According to tech site Daily Mobile, the Nokia C5 will also run Symbian S60 v3 FP2.

Despite the fact we weren’t expecting Nokia to announce anything at Mobile World Congress this month, it’s rumoured that the Nokia C5 will be announced then.

I’s say that looks more like a Nokia 6700 classic with the metal keypad swapped out for a plastic one – and a more entry-level camera – looks a bit tasty though!
