Nokia E55 firmware update v031.012 is pretty much the same update as seen earlier in the month for the Nokia E52. It brings with it a number of bug fixes, greater stability but it seems from reports from those who have got the update that there is nothing new in the way of features.

    Not noticed anything new .

    a little bit of button lag when dialing numbers.

    Hoping the random call disconnects is fixed with this update though

    Hello,

    got the update for my Nokia E55 today, and it was actually 9.8 MB (not 7.7 as you have stated in the article).

    The first thing i’ve noticed is updated buttons in the mp3-player interface, they got smaller and nicer now.
    And the second thing, which is huge, is re-designed radio-interface with support of – guess what – INTERNET RADIO!

    I haven’t noticed anything more besides that, but i think i’ll discover more features real soon.
