Nokia has announced the Nokia C6 smartphone as part of its 'Everyone Connect' event this morning. The Nokia C6 is a knock-out touchscreen device that also packs in a full QWERTY keyboard – think Nokia N97 Mini for the entry-lever user. Find out more about the Nokia C6 touchscreen and QWERTY smartphone after the jump...
The Nokia C6 is a 3.2-inch touchscreen device that runs the Symbian S60 5th Edition OS. However, the real treat here is that, just like the Nokia N97 Mini, it also packs in a full QWERTY keyboard. The screen has a 640 x 360 pixel resolution and like the Nokia X6 before it comes with nHD resolution for full widescreen scanning.
Weighing in at 150g, this looks a cracking little device that comes with 200MB of internal memory and a microSD slot for up to 16GB of extra storage. Designed with messaging in mind, the full QWERTY keyboard looks pretty amazing to us. What's more, with full access to Ovi Messaging Facebook and all your other favourite social networking apps, this could well be the device to stay in touch with.
The Nokia C6 is expected to be available in the second quarter of 2010 for an estimated price of €220 before taxes and subsidies.
