The Nokia C6 had to be our favourite of the new devices announced by Nokia last week, with the Nokia C3 and Nokia E5 fighting it out for second place in our affections. Designed with social media and messaging in mind, this sliding touchscreen and QWERTY combo looks a great step up from the Nokia 5800 but what does it look like in the hands? Join us after the jump to check out the Nokia C6 hands-on video...
The Nokia C6 is a fantastic example of technology trickling down from high-end smartphones to regular, everyday handsets for the entry-level market. You'll find everything in the Nokia C6 you'll expect in a high-end machine but with a price of around £190 (inc. VAT) SIM free, this is a great deal cheaper than other the likes of the Nokia N97 Mini.
The most impressive aspect of the Nokia C6 is the 3.2-inch touchscreen – which is similar to that found on the high-end Nokia N97 Mini. With a pin-sharp 640 x 320-pixel resolution, it’s great for browsing the web, taking advantage of Ovi Maps, or even watching movie clips.

Nokia Conversations, the official Nokia blog, is showing off the first hands-on video of the Nokia C6. In the video we get to see the two different colour variations being shown off by Go-to-Market Manager, Angelien Van T Klooster and Nokia Manager Sami Koskela. It's a great looking device and with such a tantalising price, this could well be the big winner of the Nokia C Series.
