Ovi Store has been setting new records recently, cementing its position as one of the best app stores currently in existence. A number of app suppliers have posted record results, with Offscreen Technologies – a company that offer games and apps in 210 countries worldwide – revealing they’ve hit the 25 million mark for downloads.
SMS Preview was another Ovi Store supplier to post impressive results, having hit the 1 million downloads mark earlier this week. With publisher Numo planning on releasing another app for Ovi Store in the near future, things are looking promising.
Of the success, Marko Argenti, VP and Global Head of Media at Nokia pointed out:
