Sports Tracker has been given a new lease of life with an update with support for Nokia S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2 now being made available. There are a bunch of new features, interface redesign and new online service. Read on to find out more about the Sports Tracker update for S60 3rd Edition updates...
Sports Tracker is a neat little app that works with the GPS in your Nokia smartphone to track and record information regarding your favourite sports workouts. The data from your favourite routes, times taken and history in a nice easy to read interface.
The app used to be owned by Nokia but it was spun out into its own company, Sports Tracking Technologies, last year. The guys over at All About Symbian have been testing out the Sports Tracker for S60 3rd Edition update and found that it works well when paired to a Bluetooth heart monitor, as well as the ability to export and share your workout history via a KML. The guys have got some great screenshots of the new interface and how detailed it is, so worth checking out.
The Sports Tracker S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2 release now really supports almost all Nokia phones: 5320, 5630, 5730, 6210, 6220, 6650, 6700s, 6710, 6720, 6730, 6760, 6788, 6788i, 6790, C5, E5, E52, E55, E71x, E72, E75, N78, N79, N85, N86, and N96.
