The Nokia N8 launch looks as though it's about to go up a notch as Nokia has updated the status page for the device on it website here in the UK. The Nokia N8 is coming later this year. It'll be the first Nokia 3.5-inch capacitive smartphone running the Symbian^3 operating system. It'll also feature a 12-Megapixel camera, bag 16GB of memory and come with fully-enhanced HD visuals.

At this point we don't know how much the Nokia N8 will cost, other than the 'around 370 Euros' Nokia mentioned at launch but if you're keen to get your name on the Nokia N8 pre-order list then Nokia has made it a little easier for you.
Nokia is now accepting those keen to get their hands on the Nokia N8 to state their interest and in return Nokia will inform them when the pre-order itself goes up. Of course, we've signed up, as we want to be the first in the queue to get out hands on what, no doubt, will be the true device of 2010.
