We’ve seen the Nokia N8 in a variety of colours, but to date we haven’t seen a white model. This could be about to change, as photographs of a white/silver version have appeared on the internet.
At present, it’s only the top end of the Nokia N8 that’s finished in white – the rest of the handset spotted on Daily Mobile is finished in a more standard aluminium colour – but could this lead to an all-white finish at some point in the future?
It does seem a little strange – every Nokia N8 we’ve seen up until now has provided a top section that’s a close match to the rest of the casing. It’s never been exactly the same shade – as the top part is plastic, while the main casing is anodised aluminium – but this is the first time we’ve seen a two-tone Nokia N8.
While it looks more like a prototype than a finished sample, could Daily Mobile be onto something? We think the idea of an all-white Nokia N8 is quite appealing, and would work well with the handset’s contemporary design.
