Conspiracy For Good: The Survival kitConspiracy For Good finally arrived in London over the weekend and we there to take part in the first live part of the exciting new interactive story from Heroes creator Tim Kring. It was a risky mission but we just about made it. Now we're back in one piece we thought we'd prepare you for what's to come by giving you a peek at the Conspiracy For Good survival kit. We've got all the photos here!

The First of four scheduled Conspiracy For Good live events took place in London on Saturday taking players in the augmented reality-driven story through various secret locations scattered around the city in the search for clues to continue the story and outwit the infamous Blackwell Briggs security.

But before we could get started there's a few things you might need, all of which we were  given before starting our mission:

Nokia X6

Besides the story the Nokia X6 was the heartbeat of our quest. We were handed the touchscreen smartphone to hunt down clues using DeadDrop - an augmented reality app similar to Nokia Point & Find that lets you scan tagged items to reveal hidden information. Scan tagged objects, sights and signs to grab video clues. It really works!

A trusty torch to illuminate your way

There's no telling where the events of Conspiracy of Good will take you. Well, actually we do know. Our quest saw us explore dark stairwells, bridges and abandoned warehouses. We managed to survive without using it, but with more risky objectives to come you just might need this.

A reliable pair of binoculars

Our first mission was to welcome Nadirah at Traitors Gate, London as she rode in via the Thames on a boat. Looking out for her was tricky, these binoculars made things a little easier. You just might need these to spot Blackwell Briggs security before your own eyes can. Those few seconds could be invaluable.

A handy notepad

Throughout the game you'll get lots of video clues hinting where to go next before a message is displaying telling you what to do next. Be sure to make a note of it, or risk having to make up ground.

A compass

Used for centuries to help travellers figure out what direction to head in. Thankfully London's already loaded with street signs anyway.

A waterproof hooded poncho

The first day's events got off to a bright start. But in future don't let the rain stop you from fulfilling your mission to expose Blackwell Briggs.

The only map you'll need

Conspiracy for Good kicked off by the famous Tower of London, before taking in sights and locations around London Bridge. Those side streets can get confusing, even for Londoners. When working in teams many people crowding around Ovi Maps can be awkward. Just in case, the Conspiracy For Good have provided some helpful maps centred on the locations you'll need to explore.

Something to carry it all

You'll need a handy carry-all to fit all the above in, although you might want to hide the Conspiracy For Good logo on it by wearing it the wrong way around as fellow CFG'ers did. That way you won't alert the BB security squad to your presence.

Once we had all the above we were good to go. Did you attend the Conspiracy For Good London event? Remember, it's not too late to register for the next event this Saturday. With the first one a success we've got high hopes for the next. Read our review of Conspiracy For Good: London Event.
