The aim of Exclusion is to clear the screen of memes. They're the floating signs and symbols that hover across the screen. To do so you must swipe across the screen to "cut" them, but they'll only vanish of matching memes appear on the same side of the screen. Draw a line with your finger and then lift your finger to score points.
Swiping your finger on or around the memes causes them to scatter in direction determined by your finger swipe - an essential tactic you'll need to clear some of the games later levels, or rooms when you must guide a particular style of meme into a certain part of the screen to score points. The white stars at the top of your screen indicate your score during at at the end of each level.
The key is to notch combos by cutting up as many memes as you can in a single swipe. It's a simple concept, but highly addictive, helped by the highly responsive touch controls and smooth flow of the game. Like a lot of similar mobile titles it doesn't feel at all cumbersome.
It's simple enough but after level 15 or so the levels get more challenging, when you have less turns to make the memes vanish. Go over the turn limit and you'll have to start the level afresh. Some levels will also see you have less time to clear them. But for the most part it's the move limit that's more troublesome.
Exclusion is a first party Nokia-developed game and it shows. The presentation is up there with the very best mobile Nokia games. Menus are slick, the graphics are bright, clear and pleasing on the eyes. Its relaxing background music is also one of its best features. Exclusion might be a Conspiracy For Good title but you won't have to follow, or have followed the CFG story at all to enjoy this Ovi Store title.
Overall Exclusion is a highly addictive Ovi Store game well suited to Nokia touchscreen devices. It's pleasing visuals, great gameplay and presentation make it a must-have free download for your Nok.
