Free-nokia-c6-dealsIt’s been a couple of months since the first details of the Nokia C6 were leaked, but this affordable handset has now been officially released Costing well under £300, it represents something of a bargain for those wanting a touchscreen and a QWERTY keypad. Read on to find out more…

The Nokia C6 is a budget version of the high-end Nokia N97 Mini. Somewhat surprisingly, the Nokia C6 retains many of its sibling’s features – such as Wi-Fi, A-GPS and Ovi Maps, and there’s also a similar 3.2-inch touchscreen.

Nokia has crafted the Nokia C6 out of plastic, however, helping to keep costs down over the metal Nokia N97 Mini. The complex sliding mechanism for the QWERTY keypad has also been replaced, with the C6’s keypad simply sliding down in a traditional manner.

It’s all worth it, however, as the Nokia C6 still offers a feature packed ownership experience, mixed with one of the best hardware keypads currently available on a smartphone.

We already spotted the Nokia C6 on the Nokia website a little while agowith the handset costing £289 on a Pay as You Go deal, but we've just received official confirmation from Nokia that the handset has now been launched, with stock available for immediate shipping. It’s also available for free on a contract, costing just £25 per month for line rental.
